1. Acceptance and eligibility

ParamForge is operated by Khalid EL AMRAOUI.

By accessing or using ParamForge you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

2. What ParamForge provides

ParamForge is an AI-assisted mechanical CAD service that can analyze design descriptions and visual references, generate or refine 3D geometry, and provide project, STL and STEP workflows according to the access level shown in the application.

AI and procedural CAD generation are probabilistic and can make mistakes. Output is not a substitute for engineering review.

3. Engineering and manufacturing responsibility

You are responsible for checking all dimensions, tolerances, materials, clearances, load cases, interfaces, regulatory requirements and manufacturing suitability before relying on, printing, machining, assembling or using any generated design.

ParamForge does not warrant that a generated part is safe, manufacturable, fit for a particular purpose, compliant with standards, or suitable for safety-critical use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ParamForge to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
• attempt to bypass account, guest-trial, billing, rate-limit or security controls;
• interfere with the service, scrape it abusively or overload its infrastructure;
• upload material you do not have the right to use;
• create content whose production or use would itself be unlawful.

5. Accounts, guest trials and plans

Guest access is limited and subject to browser, network and site-wide safeguards. Guest allowances are promotional and can be changed or withdrawn for future users.

Paid plan limits, including generation counts, refinements, projects and storage, are the limits displayed at the time of purchase. Reasonable technical and anti-abuse restrictions may also apply.

6. Billing and renewals

Payments and subscription checkout are processed by Paddle. Recurring plans renew according to the billing interval and price shown during checkout until canceled through the available subscription-management process.

The one-time guest-model purchase applies only to the current eligible guest model and its offered STL/STEP export access; it does not create a subscription or grant another free generation.

7. Your inputs and generated outputs

You remain responsible for the descriptions, images, sketches and other material you submit and must have the rights needed to use them. As between you and ParamForge, you retain any rights you already hold in your inputs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to third-party rights, you may use CAD output generated for you. ParamForge does not guarantee that generated output is unique or that it does not resemble existing designs, products or protected intellectual property.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ParamForge available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features can be changed, suspended or limited for maintenance, security, capacity, legal or commercial reasons.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

ParamForge is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be given for AI-generated engineering output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ParamForge is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of generated designs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
