When contacting support, include enough information to identify the problem, such as the approximate time, the feature you were using, and any non-sensitive error message shown in the app.

Billing help

For a billing question, include the email address used at checkout and the approximate transaction date. Never send full card numbers, passwords, API keys or authentication secrets.

Technical issues

For generation or export problems, describe the requested part and the step at which the issue occurred. If possible, include a screenshot that does not expose private credentials or billing information.
