Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use ParamForge, we may process account profile information supplied through our authentication provider, design descriptions, sketches, reference images, generated CAD files, project metadata, subscription status, and technical service logs.

For abuse prevention and service security, ParamForge may process network and request information. Where possible, network identifiers used for guest-trial protection are stored as non-reversible keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses.

2. How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide design analysis, CAD generation, refinement, storage and exports;
• authenticate users and maintain account sessions;
• operate subscriptions, purchases and access entitlements;
• prevent abuse, fraud and excessive automated usage;
• diagnose errors, protect the service and improve reliability;
• respond to support, privacy and billing requests.

3. Service providers

ParamForge relies on specialist service providers to operate the application. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by OpenAI for AI-assisted design functions, Auth0 for authentication, Paddle for checkout and billing, Render for application hosting and persistent storage, and Cloudflare for DNS and Turnstile anti-abuse verification.

Those providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. ParamForge does not store full payment-card details; payment information is handled by the payment provider.

4. Guest and project retention

Anonymous guest model workspaces are intended to be temporary and are normally removed after approximately 24 hours of inactivity. Removing guest model files does not reset the free-trial entitlement or anti-abuse limits.

Subscriber projects and version history are retained while needed to provide the service, subject to the storage limits of the selected plan and any deletion action you take. Security, billing and operational records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

ParamForge uses necessary cookies or browser storage for authentication, signed guest identity, project continuity, security and interface preferences. Third-party authentication, anti-abuse and checkout services may also use their own necessary technologies when you interact with them.

6. Your choices and requests

You may request help accessing, correcting or deleting personal information associated with your account, subject to information we must retain for security, billing or legal reasons. You can also delete individual projects through the application where that functionality is available.

7. Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for a small online software service, including HTTPS, access controls, signed sessions, rate limits and restricted project ownership. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Because the providers used to operate ParamForge may maintain infrastructure in multiple countries, information can be processed outside the country from which you access the service.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ParamForge develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
